    Maulana Fazlur Rehman, head of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), has said that the smaller parties are being pressured to attend a joint sitting of the parliament.
    Talking to media in Quetta, Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that a judicial inquiry should be held into the statement of Rana Shamim.
    Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that the government is not running, it is being run, small parties are being pressured to attend the joint sitting of the parliament, the opposition members have also received calls not to attend the joint sitting, they will make a law by shaking hands It will have no significance.

    It may be recalled that the federal government has announced to convene a joint sitting of the parliament on Wednesday, November 17. Other bills including electronic voting machine bill will be introduced in the meeting.
    It may be recalled that a joint sitting of Parliament was earlier convened on November 11, but the government later adjourned the sitting.
